A weekly briefing for commercial leadership

Your team already wrote the story. You just didn't read it in time.

The quarter you just missed was visible in your reps' notes weeks before the forecast slipped. They wrote about a competitor's pricing tactic. They flagged a regulation nobody outside their market had picked up. None of it was wrong — none of it reached you in a form you could act on.

The problem

The market doesn't surprise your reps. It surprises you.

Sales reps see the market first. They talk to the people who decide. They hear what's shifting before it shows up in any number. Today, that knowledge lands as one-line notes in your CRM and stops there. No one has time to read 200 notes a week. No one knows which three matter.

By the time the pattern is visible in a dashboard, the quarter is already moving. Your leadership team is reacting to a number, not to the cause behind it. The cause was in the field weeks earlier.

What Fieldloop does

We turn your reps' notes into a weekly briefing leadership will actually read.

Fieldloop reads every note your reps write — across markets, across languages — and once a week publishes an editorial briefing about your market. Not another dashboard. A short, sharp publication that reads the way the business press has been read for a hundred years: a lead story, supporting articles, context. It's not reporting. It's a conversation with your market.

01

Not a dashboard. Not a copilot.

A weekly publication leadership reads in ten minutes — because the form is one they already know.

02

One source, many editions.

Cross-market briefing for HQ. A local-market edition for each country, in its own language.

03

Leadership asks, the market answers.

Open a question on Monday. Read what thirty reps in the field already know in the next edition.

Inside an edition

An edition reads like a paper. Because it is one.

A hero story. Up to four secondary articles. Briefs. An editorial from your Head of Sales. And a recognition footer that credits the reps by name. Each piece does work no dashboard can.

Built on science

Behind the editorial layer, a research-grade NLP pipeline.

A polished publication only works if what sits beneath it is rigorous. Fieldloop's engine was developed jointly with Mendel University in Brno, with privacy and multilingual analysis treated as design requirements — not afterthoughts.

The architecture handles Czech, English, and German source text; pseudonymises personal data before any external model sees it; and tracks how themes evolve from one release to the next. The full architecture is documented in a peer-reviewed paper presented at IDIMT 2026.

European data privacy by design

Personal data does not leave the engine boundary.

Pseudonymisation happens before embeddings are generated, before any external model is called, and before any vector representation is stored. Re-identification only happens locally, at the final publication step, under tenant control.

The pipeline is designed for the data-protection expectations of regulated industries — pharma, energy, financial services — where the cost of getting privacy wrong outweighs any value from getting analytics right.

How privacy works in detail

Who built this

Built by Brighten Digital. In partnership with Mendel University in Brno.

Brighten Digital

A customer-experience consultancy headquartered in Prague. We are partners of Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle, and we deliver digital-transformation programmes for large multinational organisations. Our work spans pharma, energy, financial services, and other regulated industries — sectors where strategic intelligence is hardest to extract from the field and most consequential to get right.

The understanding we bring to Fieldloop is not theoretical. It carries the regulatory scars of programmes delivered under real compliance pressure.

Mendel University in Brno

Brings the methodological foundation: multilingual NLP, topic modelling, evaluation logic, and privacy-aware preprocessing.

The collaboration is documented in the published research paper From Campus to Company — Collaborative Innovation in the Age of AI, presented at IDIMT 2026 by prof. Tomáš Pitner and colleagues.

Fieldloop has been under active development since May 2025. Total committed investment exceeds EUR 1 million. The programme is co-funded by the European Union under the Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness, administered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. What's next

What's next — Fieldloop Mobile, launching Q3 2026.

We know what reps actually face in the field. Manual CRM entry takes twenty-five minutes after a visit and rarely happens. A two-minute capture from the parking lot, offline-capable, does. That is the next layer of the Fieldloop programme.

The problem with field data is not the reps. It is the friction. Twenty-five minutes of structured CRM entry after every visit is the prevailing standard, and it is also why most reps under-report. By the time they sit at a laptop to fill it in, the texture has faded. The notes get shorter, the colour gets lost, and the leadership-facing edition gets thinner.

Fieldloop Mobile fixes that at the input side. A two-minute capture flow built around how reps actually talk and think — voice-to-text in their language, structured prompts only where they help, no required fields they will skip anyway. It works offline; entries sync when the device reconnects. It is built by people who have run programmes inside pharma, energy, and financial services field organisations — we know what reps actually face, and we built around it, not against it.

The closing loop is what matters. The mobile app makes the dataset richer. A richer dataset makes the edition sharper. A sharper edition gets read more. A more-read edition makes reps' work visible — by name, in the recognition footer — and reps respond by capturing more. The loop closes where it should: between the field and leadership, with no middleman.

Two-minute capture flow

Structured capture from the parking lot — built around how reps talk, not how databases store.

Offline indicator

Works with no signal. Entries queue locally and sync the moment the device reconnects.

Voice-to-text

Speak in your language. Structured prompts appear only where they help — no required fields reps will skip.

Start a pilot

Start a pilot. See your own market read back to you.

A Fieldloop pilot runs as a managed service for six months. Six weeks to go-live; then weekly editions covering your real markets, in your reps' languages. At the end, you also receive a written assessment of how your sales organisation currently captures market signal — and where AI can meaningfully lift that capacity, beyond the marginal gains of seat-based copilots.
